PW0 for D16Z6 in 91 hatch

has anyone ever ran a D16Z6 with a PW0?

i was wondering if it needs to be chipped?
also wondering if it needs to be altered for the distributor, or if the wiring needs to be altered in order for the car to run right with the PW0.

What if he uses the 91 Si dizzy? Would it work and would he benefit from it as apposed to the PM6 ecu with a VTEC controller?

i don't think the si distributor bolts up to a z6 head... but not sure

Yeah any 88-91 si ecu will work and he won't need a vtec controller unless he just want to control vtec. I did the set up before in CRX with a PR3 and it was pretty quick. I also tried a pm6 and had vafc controller I prefer a vtec ecu even tho I have a vafc it seems alot smoother.
