PWO or PR3.... Which is better for 91 teggy OBDO B16a swap??

I'm going to be swapping in a 1st gen B16a OBDO into my 91 teggy and was wondering which ecu would be better for this, A PWO or a PR3??? I've heard alot of people say that the PR3 is best for this swap. And on the other hand I heard the same thing about the PWO so if you guys could help on clearing this up I'd appreciate it. I don't want to buy the wrong ecu.

i have used both pr3 and pwo ecus in 1st gen b16s. im not sure which one is better or even the similarities and differences between them. but good luck on your research and if you decide to go with a pr3, i have one for sale.
