question about b18c head on a b18b engin

hi , i own a 93 civic dx coupe with the typical b18b1 swap . working awesome! but , i'm kinda curious about something . what should i need to know ..like parts..knowledge everything tips hint , to put a b18c head on my engine to convert it from non-v-tec To V-tec and gain more cc and torque? :ph34r:
 
its basically an lsvtec...not rlly that hard,,just tap the back of the block for an oil supply(or get a sandwich adaptor for the oil filter)
put the head on,and get the vtec ecu,run the wires and your set
