Question About Google Chrome

So I used it a while back, then went back to IE. Now Im tryin Chrome again, and cant figure out how to set my homepage to Google. It brings up the recent tabs page when I open it. Anyone know how to change it?

Wrench icon > Options > Basics

Change the On Startup and Homepage options to fit your liking.
