quetions about my engine

Hey guys, Im from Costa Rica and I just got a honda civic cx 93.


I was wondering what can do to this engine (D15B8) to improove hp and tq...

the thing is that this engine only gives like 70 o 72 hp stock and it really sucks.

I would like to do something to it but i dont want to chage the full motor for a b16 or d16z6 yet....

engine specs are 1500cc, 16v

intake,header,exhaust will open it up a little..i dont know but maybe a minime swap

Well, I already installed the hds, a/f and opened the exaust....about the turbo...i dont think is a good option cause it is such a small engine that its not worthed...i will swap that one for a b16 or b18 just not yet...but i would like to run for now...

for less than the cost of a b16, you could boost that motor and smoke b16s, b18s

I don't feel like responding to the questions but what part of CR are ya in. I lived out there for a few years. I lived in Herdia, Santa Domingo, Escazu and San Jose.
