The guy that owns the body shop that its at is real good friends with my dad so I'm pretty sure he'll keep them from totalling it.

Even if they only give me a little money I should be fine.
My college is sending me a $2000 refund check so even if its a $500 check from the insurance it will be plenty of help.
 
Talked to the insurance adjuster today. The car was totaled in the beginning but the owner of the body shop said he could knock 2 labor hours off so my car wouldn't be totaled or have a salvage title.
They gave me 2700 to fix the car, but the bodyshop said it would probably be another $1000 on top of the 2700. Which I'm willing to spend because I want my car back.
