power wire to the fan, run it to the battery.. But when you turn the car off it will stay on and run the battery died.. So you might want to find a relay and wire it in so when you turn the car off it will shut the fan off...
Or you can run a toggle switch to it.. so when the car starts over heating you can turn it on of off as needed..
