Rain water problem!?

Lately in my 92 civic hatch when it rains hard water will drip from the foam gasket where the blower assembly meets the other main plastic air duct. I didn't think too much of it till this current heavy rain we are having in Mass. Now the passenger floor of my car is SOAKED! I need some guidence on this problem, anything will help. Thanks!

Bad weather stripping and possably bad seal on the blowerbox essembly.

In that case I would replace the weather strippig on the windows and doors, then replace the gasket on the blower box if there is one. if not then I would put some rtv sealent around the box.
