What are the downfalls to raising compression? I have a d16z6 and was thinking of putting ZC pistons in there. In terms of ease of drving, gas economy, and anything to do with installing and customizing
Ease of driving = no problem... you just have more power and more torque.
You have to run higher octane gas, and you have to tune once you get to compression levels like that on the street. You can tune it to run on 91 octane, but I would suggest 93 or higher if you can get it.
