I have a 89 accord lx-i and need new drums so I thought if its around the same $$$ I would just go w/used disks and know what I need and how to but am having probs getting a reliable quote from the junkers so I thought I would ask if anybody has done a similar drum to disk and how much did it run u total, dosnt have to be exact car just a example figure so I can make a judgement call.thank you.

$180 for parts to my Civic, but that was on the cheap side.

Expect to pay about $250 average for everything you need to do a rear disc swap- maybe less since you're dealing with an unpopular model (for mods).

paid $175 for everything when i did my civic coupe. (trailing arm, rotor, caliper, pads, lines, and e-brake cables)

Nice. My rear swap ended up costing somewhere slightly north of $500 overall, but that included:

Trailing arms
11 inch rotors
Calipers
Caliper relocation brackets
SS lines
E-brake cables
Pads
Poly bushings

Yup. :)

damn yo!
ya, mine was all stock... pads didn't last long that were on there, like 2 months :)
