removing main bearing cap bridge need help asap

i have all 10 bolts out of the main bearing cap bridge on my d16y7. what is the easiest way to pull this out?

Pull them straight up if they don't come off easy then tap them with a rubber hammer or with the wooden end of a regular hammer. Don't try to pry them off with anything and don't try to hit them with anything metal.

i got it. thanks guys. and by the way i cant pull it up. its in the car. lol.
hey blanco how do you remove the valve stem oil seals? the haynes manual just says remove them. but its not that easy
