I have decided to scrap the power steering but what do i do. Do i just cut the lines from the pump or just let it dangle? What should I do?

remove the pump and all the lines, it will reduce weight, clean up the engine bay, and give you a little more room to work under there

you'll want to loop the 2 lines because you want to keep PS fluid in the rack. search on here and on honda-tech, it has been covered with the ways it can be done.
