    When i start my car, my secondaries do not close. at idle they are always open, and i have the feeling they are not functioning properly. how can i "check" to see if they are working correctly? alos.... which wire on the vacuum control box is the positive (or negative) current which operates the soilenoid that controls the secondaries? i would like to hook up an LED to it to make sure it is being supplied current.

    So, how can i check to see if they are infact operating correctly, and if they are not, what can i do to fix the problem?

    it depends on the obd of the iab solenoid
    obd1 = positive
    obd2 = negative

    i don't know dick about obd0 or preludes, so thats where my info stops. lol. i would imagine a helms manual would have information on this.
