deam! i recived my engine mount bracket yesterday, (the one back on the engine)
i have mounted my engineand everything, just waiting on the shift linkage, start engine and this bracket. but i think i have to pull out the engine now and beat the crap out of the "hing back there" cant find a good engish word on it) :p
 
are you talkin' about beating down the rear crossmember lip??
if so. then if you have the engine bolted in with all the bolts. then you will not need to bend it down then!!
you only bend that lip down. to make sure that the engine mount/bracket sit's flush and clear's it!!
 
yes it is the rear crossmember lip i have to beat down.. i have the R/H and L/H engine mont in place but not the rear...
i fear that i have to take the engine out to do this :(
