severe misfire

i have a b16a3 in a 98 civic ran great for 1st 1000 miles but the other day it started misfiring bad. i pulled the plugs really black dry carbon fouled. replaced plugs started the car and it ran fine until it hit normal operating temp then the same problem severe misfire i have to keep alot of throttle just to keep it running anyone have any ideas?

Check the timing and inspect the inside of the distributor cap and rotor. Make sure the rotor is on tight.
