Shifting forks

Cracked the case on my 91 crx d series si trans and found out the shifting fork is broken and a bearing is bad. I have d series trans out of a 92 hatch that is toast will the shifting fork out of it work. I know the outside is different and its mounts are not the same. Are they all the same on the inside??

Depends on what fork you are talking about. I checked and found that 1 of them has the same part #. Others don't.
