Shifting issues

    I just had a rebuilt transmission put into my car. I have been riding around for about a month and recently start having shifting problems. So, I pull out the code reader and it told me to replace the speed sensor and the fuel injection could be the problem. How true is that? Will this make a difference in the shifting problem?
