You should probably tell us your location.

Pics would be great, and if the Civic runs and drives, sell it as a running shell if you have the title, shit if it has the full interior sell it as a running vehicle.
 
It could be sold as a running vehicle but i never got the title for it I live in Mena Arkansas it has all the interior that Im aware. I will have pics posted tomorrow hopefully. The parts will be cheap!!!!!!
 
this car was abandond on the side of the interstate that is why there is no title but im willing to let it go as a whole or in parts
