single cam vtec in 88 crx

i have a 1988 crx block that im putting a vtec head on and i was trying to figure out how to wire vtec like what ecu can i use because im obdo and the only obdo vtec ecu was the one for the jdm b16 and i don't know if that will work also i was wondering if i could just put in a si ecu and get a vtec controller to run vtec. i just don't know what ecu to use for my application and i don't want to convert to obd1 or obd2 so if anyone can help it i will be much appreciative!!!!!

many options:
1. Si or 88-89 PG7 ECU w/ VAFC
2. Si/88-89 PG7 converted to 1wire vtec (still minorly developmental, but I have 3 cars runnin round on it) (see www.pgmfi.org or email me)
3. 90-91 Si ECU w/ chip + VAFC
4. OBD1

interestingly, those are in INCREASING order of how well they will work.
