would i see a big improvement by puttin skunk 2 stage 2 cams in my gsr my boy has these for sale so i was just wonderin

There would be a noticable increase in the mid to high end. Careful though if you go too close or over the red line you would easily float a valve with thoses cams

how much would u think a set with about 2000 miles on them be worth

Those cams would be a waste of money if you keep your stock rev limiter. Do yourself a favor, buy the cams, then save for Skunk2 valvetrain and hondata. It'll be worth it and you'll thank yourself later. I'd say they're worth about $450-500 bucks used.
