skunk 2 pro intake manifold probs

im putting a skunk 2 pro intake manifold on a 2000 civic si and i tapped the hole on the #2 runner for the one hose like it says in the instructions but on the back of the manifold the coolant fitting on my stock manifold has only one stem and on the skunk mani it has two what do i do??

Just cap it, if you can't find a cap strong enough screw a screw with teflon tape into it.
