skunk2 pro series valve spring max travel

Im looking up parts for a b16a2 build. on the skunk2 website it gives the bind of .720, but dosent give the max travel, or atleast i can't find it. SO if somebody could let me know the max travel for a set of skunk2 pro-series valve springs, it would be much appreciated.

thats over 18mm. so id say max travel would be like 16mm. but youll never have a cam with that much lift.

another question. are these spring any good, i know some people dont like skunk2 for whatever reason. but are they good, or would anybody suggest a different set?

The best rule of thumb is to buy springs, retainers, and cams from the same manufacturer because they're already matched for each other.

thats what i did all skunk2 (stage 2 )

the reason most dont like them is because alot of their parts, tho well R&D'd, are made w/ poor quality. Keep looking for someone that has them, and get their opinion. Some of their stuff is better than others.
