Has anyone got the input shaft bearing replaced? How much did the total amount cost? If you DIY, was it quite hard or fairly easy? Any advice please :confused:
 
I'd say "medium" as far as difficulty goes. Just follow the manual and everything should go smoothly; except maybe the snap ring. When I first took apart a transmission it took me about 10-15mins to finally get the case apart. Now; I can do it pretty easily. Also, don't forget the interlock bolt; make sure the linkage is aligned before reinstalling it.
