sol timesheets and a question

OK so I took out my sol and ran two time trials jsut to get an Idea of what I would be running and in the first I ran 15.4 and in the second I ran a 15.3 does anyone have any Idea what I can do to bring that to a 15.00 or even a 14.9

take a huge shit before your run, dont eat or drink anything, wear lycra and other light weight clothes, remove everything in yoru car but the driver seat and stick shit and wheel :)

:werd: Do it like the wrestlers do. Take your body weight now, and get it to 3/4's of what it is, no matter what kind of shape you're in, its damn possible. Then gut teh fucking car like a stinky fish, including everything from door panels to carpet. Then Buy some NAWWWWWSSSS, and you might hit a 14.9!!!


That's a just might though.
