Today when reading the local newspaper in New Jersey (it was either the Star Ledger or Daily Record I believe) I come across an article entitled, Hurricane Relief criticized by Blanco.

I just found an ironic humour in the familar name and outspoken opinion.

Yes, but "Blanco is governor" is not humorous like "Hurricane relief is criticized by Blanco" because Blanco obviously criticized the relief and would be even before you, in line to criticize any possible thing that he could find to piss and moan about.
