Sound after engine is off...?

I dont know if this is a normal sound of an engine cooling off but when i turn it off it makes sounds like a marble being dropped into a coffee can one after another type sound. I dont think its supposed to be doing that.

its your motor cooling off, i mean when metal is heated to 400 + degrees, it tends to expand just a little.

edit--- most likely your exhaust manifold as if your motor were operating at 400+ degrees i would feel bad for you
