I have it in my Civic. It's really easy to use, and yes it works well. Just keep your window tracks lubed with a good silicon lubricant. The only thing you have to watch out for is the plastic collar that goes between the drive gear and your original window crank shaft. That collar likes to slip out after a while- which disconnects your window crank from your motor. You can drill all the way through everything and add a cotter pin to keep things together if you want. SPAL may have also changed the design to fix this issue, but I wouldn't know because I installed mine about 6 years ago.
