"sticky" clutch on 93 del sol S

Hello, having a bit of clutch issues on a 93 sol. shifting at speed can be difficult going into different gears, if i have the car in first gear and off, let in on the clutch on a slight incline, the car will roll a bit then catch and sit still. When moving slowly in first or second gear (usually after just starting the car) you can hear an audible wine wether the clutch is in or out, if you pop it into neutral (with clutch pushed in you can feel friction as you pop it out of gear) the whine goes away.
So far I have replaced the slave cylinder. Anyone have any suggestions on what I should hit up next? I have heard that it might be my throw out bearing, or the master clutch cylinder.

it seems pretty thourough. but the pictures are missing. does anybody happen to have pictures of any of these steps?

Do you have a repair manual? If not, you should pick one up...

i had the same problem on on my hatch, it was the throw out bearing.
