Well, there's a thread in this forum about bolting up an F22 tranny to an H22 engine. Here's the deal as far as gearing goes....F22 is longer than the H23 is longer than the H22. If you're staying n/a and don't mind higher revs while you're driving on the highway, the H22 tranny is the way to go. If you're boosting, or if you're staying n/a and you want lower revs while driving on the highway, the H23 is the way to go. The F22 tranny will be the longest geared, and therefore won't be the best for racing, but will give you good gas mileage.
