I am willing to bet it is the diagram for both the dx and the rest of the trims.

yes the one on the bottom is the diagram for the vtec and may be for all other than dx. i know thats what my ex had. the one on the top is for any that had the front mouted cat.

The bottom one also applies to the dx. That is exactly what my exhaust looked like.
