whats the stock timing on a JDM B16 obd 1, also what do guys have yours set at with what mods

i think i have mine at 17 or 16 degrees with my b18c1 with only exaust and intake. I dont know if it makes a difference or not i just let my friend advance it a little. I have noticed a change in gas milage tho. I used to get like 28mpg now i get 30-32 mpg with me smashing around all the time.

This is bullshit.

The factory will call for 15 or 16 degrees.

mine is at 16 deg on 94 del sol vtec (obd1 b16a3)

B16, Do think there would be anydifference between the USDM B16 and the JDM version, because of the higher compression. I say this because mine is set at 19

I bet that 19 is wrong. Either it is set too high or you are reading the wrong mark on the crank pulley.
