Swap D16ZC to civic 95'

Hi there
I've got civic hatch d15b2-engine and my stock S20. So i had a question.
Can i put this (D16ZC - sohc, nonvtek-120h.p.) engine to my s20(S20-2265191 the number from it)?
Then i want to insert vtek head and try to teach my cpu to work with them..
cpu number is 37820-P04-G04. Will this work?

the S20 transmission will bolt to the ZC engine without a problem - i don't believe the P04 ECU is a VTEC ECU and won't work with a VTEC engine (isn't the P04 OBD0 from a DPFI engine?) - if you are getting a SOHC ZC, why not get the SOHC ZC VTEC instead of swapping heads? i take it that you are not in U.S. since P04 is European ECU - is your car OBD0?

I'm from Russia, and we have difficult with our Police in question about swapping engens - My d15b2 and d15b are the same - much less difficult then d15b2 and d16zc vtek.
And it'smore difficult to find d16zc vtek, so i've decided to put d15b into my little rocket
