Swap Question

Hey i bought a gsr engine (96-00) obd2 and i have a 99 civic ex with the d16y8 engine now i have the mounts and linkage, axles ecu....etc, my question is what does the wiring consist of and can someone help me out with this, wiether you can just tell me or give me a website or link? thanks guys

if you have all of the above stuf then the harness should plug right in. it is a odb2 harness and vtec is wired so i think your good.

i also have the same question, except that i have a 98 complete ls motor with 99-00 b16 mounts and shiftlinkage and ect. that i want to swap into my 96 civic dx. wat are the wiring differences? can a 96-98 ex harness plug in play without using the vtec plug?

You need a non vtec ecu, and yes, just leave the vtec unplugged...and start your own thread...=)
