swapped in jdm h22 need help codes 21/22

ok so i got the car back. im assuming it was in limp mode. had absouly no power at all barly made up a hill was throwing codes 22 and 41. it ws throwing 41 with the h23 that was in the car and i havnt changed the downpipe with o2 sensor yet so ima ignore 41 for now. so it was thorwing 22. i check ecu and person put the wire for pressure switch in d18 not d6. do i change that. and i started it up. let her wamr up gof or a drive. its got a lil more power back. feels like me f22. i go to hit vtec and dont feel or hear ne thing. so i come home. low and behold now im throwing 21. any ideas what to do?
 
Code 21 is for the vtec solenoid Valve, this would also explain the reason your car didn't engage vtec. Check the wiring at make sure its plugged into A4 at the ecu.
