I have a 96 GSR cluster i wanted to put in a 95 civic dx is this possible and how hard is it to do?

It's not easy, I can tell you that much. Is the reason you want to swap it mainly for the tach?

An EX/Si cluster would be a plug and play swap, and it would give you a tach (assuming that's what you're looking for). That's the route I would go...

why does it need to go any higher?? there is no reason for you to drive that fast .. if you do you're an asshat

yea u shouldnt change it...cut out the tach insert those hughe 6" or 5" tach's from autometer

I swapped a jap si gauge to my 94 civic dx, and the fuel and coolant level gauges are pegged to the top on both of them...
I added a potentimeter in series and adjusted it to 900 ohms and that brought it down...but I will need to drive a bit more to see if that works
Couldn't find a value to lower the coolant gauge...anyone know a value to try???
