hey whats up guys, i just broke my tranny today (ls) , it was broken before but i got it to work again shortly after... so i have a question, what are the specs for the bolts that hold the trans, to the rear mount? i know they are grippable with a 19mm wrench, but that is all.

Why? Did they fall off or can't you get them loose?

Mount bolts are 17mm and you want them tight. If the back drops the transmission can shift/drop and bind the axles. When this happens they can break/snap, leaving you stranded.

If the bolts are not correct it would be best to HELI-COIL the trans case and use the correct bolts or studs. That part of the case does have the tendancy to strip. There are other options to fix it too.
