Switching Auto To Manual

    Has any one done this? Does anyone know any problems that can happen when you do this?

    its about 500 in parts, and about 500 in labor.

    IMO, sell the car, and buy a manual - its cheaper

    Is 300 for parts and labor good price? Its a 1997 dx manual tranny

    I agree with sol, sell the car and get a manual. I had a friend that did that conversion on his golf and it was a pain in the ass to do. peace!
