Tail light problem

I have a 90' crx si and my taillights are on all the time. Even when I turn the car off. I checked the fuses and wiring. I can't see anything wrong with it. Anyone have an idea to what is wrong?

Did you check that the little button on your brake pedal didn't break off?

yes cuz it all the lights are not on. when i push my brake the rest come on.
