He is lucky to be alive.
My ex girlfriend, was driving on the 35 in Austin and hydroplaned into the wall and then back across, once the cops showed up they put her in the back of a car to get her out of the rain, and another car hydorplaned in to the cop car she was in.
But getting hit while in an ambulance would be just great.

Wow, I was laughing so hard...I feel bad, but I'm just thinking of that episode of the simpsons when they were airlifting Homer out of the gorge, put him in the ambulance, then the ambulance hit a tree and dumped it right back into the gorge.
There was an atricle in the newspaper a few months back worse than this one...This guy lost his job, his truck broke down, and he was shot in the eye by a trespasser on his property, and his trailer burned down all within 2 days.
