tensioner bolt hole stripped.. what can be done? help?

just wanted to know what can i do to fix the problem when the z6 engine belt tensioner bolt hole is stripped? what can i use to rethread it. The bolt hole uses a 14mm bolt but the hole seem to be larger than the bolt itself. What can i buy to fix it? not sure what to buy at sears.

so is there a helicoil for 10x1.25 mm thread repair? or is it basically a universal kind of thing? what size do i ask for?

semi universal

they sell a few different sizes and different thread coarsness
get the one closest to what you need then tweek it to work

yeah...we had to do that for my exhaust manifold bolt hole...took a smidge of tweaking cause the coil was too long and the angle wasnt exactly right. Just buy whatever is closest an do what ya can to make it work.
