    That list sucks.

    While the big lebowski is a cool flick, 'the dude' is certainlyy nothing special... and totally not deserving of the 7th best character ever.

    Same thing with Red from shawshank.
    quality flick, but, it's not a really unique character by any means...

    Meh, one man's opinion. I do like several. Jack Sparrow is in credibly unique. Emmit Brown is another good one.. Durden, yeah, I'd give him a high spot.
