This is my swap

im doing my swap this week and i just wanted to make sure that everything will work. im putting this in a 92 civic cx 5 speed

From a 95 ls 5 speed: b18b1 engine with harness, flyweel, alternator, manifold with o2 and cat

From a 95 ls auto: distributor

From a 93 ls 5 speed: PR4 ecm

From a 00 Si 5 speed: Transmission, clutch, motor and trans mounts, starter, axles, jackshaft, shift linkage

Also will my radiator work properly with this swap or should i put an integra or del sol radiator

no it wont work, you cannot use a b series engine with a d series tranny, b engine must have a b-series tranny

sorry i posted in the wrong fourm but the trans is from a b16 and im putting it on a b18

Yea the tranny will work, your radiator will work i believe(correct me if im wrong) but if you want to upgrade, the Del Sol Vtec radiator is dual core and the integra is much larger, more cooling is always better!
