I'd agree, especially since he said it's in the intake too. The green may be coolant, but I would think that by the time it made it through the intake it would already have mixed and be a milky color.

so could it be a valve seal? one of the valves it almost lookins like oil leaked out of it the oil trail starts at the top and runs into the intake mani but what about the other 3 ? theres no trail of oil coming from the valve but theres still oil in the intake?

Chances are the trail is from the port to the valve. Most of the oil would be pulled into the first port from the intake.
