Throttle plate issues

I have a b18 in my ef, just started driving it after the swap and noticed that the throttle plate gets stuck after releasing the throttle, i've seen a few articles that say to just replace it, I also cleaned the thoroughly during my build so I don't think that the issue any suggestions?

There is a little "screw" or "stopper" that controls how far it closes. It's on the throttle body. It takes a tiny little allen wrench to adjust it.

I had the same problem with mine. I adjusted it, and it stopped sticking. Just make sure you don't adjust it too far.

If I can find a picture, I'll post it up. I believe someone posted a picture of it recently in another thread.
