anyone ever see this movie? it was made in 1970 by George Lucas and stars Robert Duvall. the movie is good but its just weird watching it. the behavior of the people is extremely awkward. and i still havent figured out if its an underground society in the future unknown to the rest of society or if thats what the whole world is supposed to be like in the future. (keep in mind this was all in perspective of 1970)

go to blockbuster and rent it then in the sci-fi section. its a good movie, but its just weird seeing people act the way they do in the movie. their actions are logical but not normal.

the plot is very similar to that of the movie Equilibrium (badass movie btw, definitley see that one too, made in 2000 something) where feelings and love are forbidden and you must take drugs to mask your emotions and feelings. anyone caught not taking the drugs gets killed basically.
