timing belt question

i just recieved my jdm b16a1 and im trying to change the timing belt... i read all over the place that you need to use the 94+ delsol dohn belt..
i went to advanced auto parts and bought one. i went to put it on and it was too small. can somoene tell me what timing belt goes on the jdm b16

99si or 94 del sol vtec (must be vtec not si) will work
