timing ???????????

how do i set my z6 head to TDC????
(i know its the little grooves in the cam but witch one i have 4?????)

my plan is to set the block and head to TDC and hope im on for timeing right?????/

Assuming the timing belt is installed and on correctly the engine will be at top dead center when the word up is at 12:00.
