So i had a civic eg that blew up on me and i sold the shell to some mexican guy. I just got it back in a trade and he never got it transferred and so it's still in my name and all but has his sig on the bottom should i just not worry about it unless i plan to sell and get a duplicate later, and just get my plates transferred? that would save me 95 bucks for now...

With it being signed like that, he can effectively make claim to the car at any time and legally its his.

I'd suggest doing a lost title look up so that you have an orig that is not signed and then destroy the old one.

okay wasn't sure if it worked that way if it wasn't ever processed in the system but alright thanks for the advice.

it's not processed, but if the dmv asks for proof of ownership, and you present a signed title, they will side with him.
