ok so i know that when setting the tps voltage its supposed to be as follows

.5 idle
4.5 WOT

whenever i set the idle to .5 the WOT is always 4.75..
whenever i set WOT to 4.5 the idle is around .3ish

so my question is would it be fine to run .5idle and 4.75WOT??

yes

voltage will vary in this situation. the pedometer isnt perfect, as its just a plate that adds resistance as the needle moves. It you experience any problems with your acceleration, you could lower it, but it shouldn't negatively effect your vehicle.

Good to know cause I've got a similar probelm. When I set the closed to 0.5v, full open reads 4.61v. And when I set the full open to 4.5v, closed throttle reads 0.4v.

Injen : I read as long as the voltage goes up smoothly with the throttle (no huge jumps in voltage) then it should run the motor fine. And my motor had better throttle responce when I set the idle to 0.5v rather than calibrating the WOT.

yea i just set the idle to .5 and left it at that..thanx guys.
