I heard people using a fully synthetic motor oil. Is this a good route to go or should i go with somthing esle????
 
For a tranny that has no problems, I say Honda MTF because it was designed by honda engineers to be ran with honda transmissions. However, if your having a big grinding problem, I say go to a GM dealer parts counter and ask for "Sycromess Transsimission fluid WITH friction Modifiers" (there are 2 kinds, one with and another without the friction modifers. The Friction modifers help stop grinding.
